Jiffy has developed 20V cordless Modular Mounting system tools for installing and removing frangible collar fasteners, including Eddie Bolt® style fasteners. These units are brushless and spark-free allowing ultimate flexibility in matching the accessories to the application.

The 27830 model delivers 225 in-lbs of maximum torque and the 27860/27861 pistol motor models deliver 600 in-lbs of maximum torque.

Testing shows that with a fully charged battery, these tools are capable of tightening 2100 bolts (cycles). These tools accept all Jiffy JMI attachments (check applicable torque range).
